I analyse existing systems and prepare reports and plan new systems for regional and national organisations working in prevention to enable them to initiate strategies and plan to make their systems more effective.

These recommendations include concepts for:

 
Qualification processes for management and personel of help systems. (Training)  
The integration of quality management systems.
 
Networking and co-operation.  
Management and structural development.  
The initiation of local and national projects and aid systems.
 
Standards for prevention.  
   
 

I work closely with the local persons responsible, to smoothen the realisation of the development processes.

Extensive experience as front-line expert within the framework of EU programmes concerning: therapy and treatment, quality management, prevention, networking in Georgia, Poland, and the Ukraine.
 
     
The planning, preparation and management of training to the theme "Systems and structures of addiction-prevention and treatment” for employees of the Russian health service and help systems in Latvia, Poland, Estonia and the Ukraine.  
     
The organisation and management of conferences in Kaliningrad, Warsaw, Tiflis, Riga, Lodz, Moskau, St. Petersburg on the themes such as: Youth and addiction. Prevention, Self-help, quality management, concepts for therapy and treatment, and the structure of NGO's.
